A robust training and knowledge center platform that increases the efficacy of internal sales team members by establishing best practices, presentation scripts and successful team member experiences that can be consumed at any time to raise the bar in regards to UHC products and services. UHC is an operational division from the UnitedHealth Group, the biggest health operator in the US. We were able to build a platform that is instantly accessible anywhere from a mobile device and enables mentors and collaborators to share their sales experiences in near real-time. Significant uplift in sales quotas and decreases in sales training time are just some of the exciting accomplishments for this software.

Our unique solution

Nodo participated in the conception, planning and full constructions of a collaborative training platform for UHC’s sales team. Starting from an intuitive interface, and considering UI/UX usability aspects, Nodo developed a system with multimodal support, through which UHC collaborators can access content, share videos, comments and impressions about training courses. In addition to offering easily accessible apps for UHC’s team to create and consume content, a system through which commercial department leaders would be able to follow and evaluate the performance of every collaborator was created.

Outcomes

Besides optimizing the internal qualification process for UHC’s collaborators, the platform has become a point of reference for innovation in this field. The friendly, easy to use interface, combined with an efficient implementation ensured the realization of the company’s needs and the engagement of various teams to UHC’s training programs.
