The challenge of this project was creating a unified platform capable of offering inventive and improved solutions for managing and absorbing English language information. With data being retrieved from all over the world, which involves metrics, criteria and specific characteristics, the platform should be able to integrate information and, at the same time, establish standardized criteria of evaluation. In addition, we strove to present a simple, but attractive interface, ensuring data would be well understood and with outstanding interpretations.
Acting from the the perspectives of integration, standardization and accessibility, Nodo has created a new platform combining best practices from interface strategy, information architecture, data management, usability access and AGILE development. With clear objectives and a focus on meeting the needs and requirements set by Cambridge English, we were able to create an extremely attractive platform with superb usability that created a global impact in the assessment of English language proficiency data.
In a world that is becoming increasingly integrated, and global, Nodo has built a successful partnership with one of the worlds largest references for teaching and certification of the English language. To standardize information about proficiency on a global scale, we have contributed by assisting with the ordering of data provided by tests which exposes inequalities in accessing the importance of standardizing the English language, as well as the social role performed by the University of Cambridge;
Standardizing access to global information on proficiency in the English language;
Optimization of mapping processes and strategic planning for standardizing the English language;
